This retreat supports wellbeing, recovery, and personal growth. Individual experiences vary, and no specific health, fitness, or personal outcome is guaranteed. Any examples of results are illustrative and not a promise that you will achieve the same.
Medical disclaimer
Programming is for general wellness and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult your physician before beginning any new fitness, recovery, or nutrition activity, especially if you have a medical condition. Participation requires a signed health and liability waiver. If you experience a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.
Not professional advice
Content shared on this site and during the retreat, including any sessions on productivity, systems, or the use of modern tools, is for general informational purposes only and is not legal, financial, tax, or medical advice. You are responsible for decisions you make based on it.
Guest expert sessions
The retreat may include sessions led by independent guest experts. Their views are their own, and EFR does not guarantee any particular outcome from those sessions.
Artificial intelligence and automated tools
Some sessions or materials may reference or use AI-assisted and other software tools to help you build personalized plans or systems. Outputs from such tools can contain errors or omissions and should be reviewed by you before you rely on them. They do not replace professional advice.
Deposit and cancellation terms
A $5,000 deposit reserves your seat and is non-refundable once your seat is confirmed. One seat transfer is permitted. If we cannot deliver the retreat as described, your deposit is refunded in full. Final balance due approximately 60 days before the retreat. Full terms appear in our Terms of Service.
